Zendesk alternative
The Zendesk layout, at a price that fits a small team.
Most small teams use a help desk for one thing: turning support email into tickets a few people work together. MyGorilla does that part well and charges accordingly.

Who switches, and why
Teams paying for channels they don't use
If your customers email you, a suite priced for chat, voice and social is paying for shelf space.
Agencies and small SaaS companies
A handful of people sharing one support@ inbox, who need assignment, notes and a clean history more than automation.
Anyone whose renewal just went up
Per-agent prices on annual contracts tend to rise. $25 a month, cancellable, is easier to defend to whoever signs off.
Honest answers
- Will my agents have to relearn anything?
- Not much. The layout follows the conventions Zendesk made familiar: a views list on the left, a ticket table, and a ticket page with properties on one side and the conversation on the other.
- What does MyGorilla leave out?
- Chat, phone, social channels, a customer-facing help center, SLA timers and workflow automations. If your support is email and you have never set up a trigger, you will not miss them.
- Can I move my existing tickets over?
- Not yet. MyGorilla starts from your mailbox, importing recent mail when you connect it. Your Zendesk history stays available in Zendesk for as long as you keep an export.
- Is there a minimum number of agents or a contract?
- No. One agent is free, and teams pay monthly per agent with no annual commitment.
Run them side by side for a month.
One agent is free, so you can connect a mailbox and compare before you move anyone.
